You may cancel your paid plan (Basic, Premium, Professional, or Enterprise) at any time via your account dashboard.
Cancellation stops future charges, but you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Free Plan:
No cancellation is needed—simply stop using the service.
Refund Policy
Eligibility:
Full refunds are available for paid plans within 14 days of purchase if you haven’t exceeded 25% of your plan’s usage limits (e.g., daily tasks, API calls).
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases:
Partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
Plans where usage exceeds 25% of limits (e.g., 25+ tasks in a Basic plan).
Abuse of our tools (e.g., spam, illegal activity).
How to Request a Refund:

Your account email.
Transaction ID (from your payment receipt).
Reason for the refund.
We’ll respond within 48 hours.
Important Notes
Chargebacks: Disputing charges via your bank may result in account suspension. Contact us first—we’ll resolve issues promptly!
Free Trials: Not applicable (we don’t offer free trials for paid plans).
Upgrades/Downgrades: Prorated charges apply when switching plans mid-cycle.
